Love or Fear? We can’t really physically hold on to either of these things, but we do. We strive to keep the things and ones we love in our lives but ironically when we hold on to love in our lives it comes out of a fear base thought that we will lose the things or people we love. So in essence, we hold onto the fear.
When I image actually holding onto fear as a physical thing, I image a grey smog of some sort. I grasp it, but not really. The misty smog ends up swirling around me, consuming me more than anything.
But when I image holding on to love as a physical object, I feel it as a heart symbol, solid and expansive. The energy feels different. I can anchor into love and I want more of it, vs. the fear based feeling of losing something I already have.
This can be translated into thought forms.
Next time when you “miss” someone in your life, focus instead on the feeling of having them in your life and wanting more of that feeling. Instead of saying ‘I miss you’, how about ‘I love being with you’. One implies lack and emptiness, a sad feeling. The other implies that you want more time with that person. Try it. Feel the energy change in your body and mood.
We can’t really hold onto anything in life, as everything is impermanent.
BUT if you insist to hold on to things you love, make sure you are really holding on to it with love and not fear.
